"500 lbs of explosives in a compact sedan" what kind of explosives and how does that even relate into how to how to destroy a cars engine/blowing it up (which I would assume that the person does not want to destroy everything in the vicinity as well)? it does not tell you how to destroy the car, or even how the vehicles were blown up in that example. it does not tell you anything useful.

I think that that chart is the effective range of a car bomb filling the trunk with military grade explosives - which, even if I was correct, still is completely irrelevant.
