flaming pumpkin

im in a local contest to make the best flaming pumpkin and it has to burn for atleast 1 minute but preferably longer. Anyone got any ideas???

maybe.... who knows? here's a little hint:
if someone thinks they're right and they say they know for sure that it'll work, try it out on a different pumpkin in your back yard or something, just incase

If you're to ever make a burning pumpkin to last 1 minute, paint it with tiki torch fuel. That'll burn for at least 3 minutes.

But really glob it on.

Actually that originally was Ronald Reagans idea and named it that.

Punch a hole in it and empty out the goop. Leave the flesh. Fill with citronella lamp oil and plug a wick in. Light the wick. For a decent sized pumpkin, it'll burn for days.

Make some sort of face for effect, and rub gasoline on the inside walls of the pumpkin and a puddle of it inthe bottom. I'm also assuming you're from the UnitedStates, maybe drill little holes in it and put those "lady fingers" in it for an extra effect.

ok this is just i idea but it might work,
empty the guts out, then fill the bottom with crumpled paper balls, next fill a zip lock bag with gasoline and another with napalm this should take up 2/3 of the pumpkin fill the rest with strike anywhere matches. when that is done just drop a rock to engage the matches and it will burn though the bags and last at least 30 second and when it hits the napalm it will last for about 2 min and it will start to burn the paper and add 30 more seconds.
