How do I make homemade rocket launcher?

I was wondering if anyone could give me the best way to either make a homemade rocket or potato launcher and id like all of the steps in detail

Take tube.
Put rocket in tube.
Wire ignite into rocket engine.
Wire other end of igniter on to tube.
Hold tube which is now rocket launcher
Fire.
