Need advice for Fight Club plan

Im starting a Fight Club. Imma charge a flat fee for getting in to see the fights, and imma hold bets that ppl will place on the fights. Now, imma need some advice, on things like: prices, splitting the profits, selling additional materials at the fights, rules for the actual fights, how to keep it unbeknownst to the law, etc. Keep in mind this isnt gonna be done legally, its gonna be done back-alley brawl style, so please, keep ideas realistic.
Also, I aint lookin for bullshit and critisizm. Save that shit for someone else.
