Ok well I have my first set of exams coming up and I need a drug to help me concentrate and able to go longer...

Adderall, Ritalin, or Desoxyn.
Snort or boot it if you want to feel really good while you study, or just eat it if you want plain ol' *****g cramming.

Just don't do it before you need to sleep, tried to blow adderall before my TCAP's, couldn't stop blowing, and ended up with no sleep for 2 1/2 days prior to the TCAP, sleep deprivation sucks, man.
I'd say 8 or more hours before you plan to sleep, at 30mg, or if you've used stims before, 40-60 to study.

okz, im an expert scholar ... 1st i know nothing of adderal and usually only losers carry it, skip it, just use caffiene, dont drink too much just drink it when u are feeling tired, this will prevent u from crashing, it should keep u up for a good 3 days and let u study, just dont drink it for pleasure cuz then u will start to crash, also too if ur mind is all fucked up, try to pull a quick load (masterbate) this will clear ur head and let u concentrate, oh too i almost forgot, caffiene pills work really well to help u stay awake, take some a couple of hours before your test and u will stay awake plenty, buy some cheap over the counter at a drug store, i wouldnt try the ones at truck stops

Skittles, adderall is the shit. It's so much like meth... I was amazed the first time I did it.

I would say either adderall or meth... But not too much of either one, or you could find yourself on a binge very easily.

Meth is not going to help you concentrate!! haha oh man you would start working on your studies and end up raping someone, adderal is supposed to make you super focused a bunch of my friends did it when the end of the year exams came around like three years ago. It makes you crazy focused on whatever it is your doing and as for the caffeine pills, No-Doze, those things are like crack on steroids, dont take too many though your heart might pop or everything will slow way down.

I heard something about a drug that keeps you up for 48 hours after you take it, but instead of tweaking you, you just progress like regular. And instead of mental capacity dimming after time goes on, you actually become slightly more acute and are able to think better. Afterward you sleep for the regular 8 hours you would expect.

Unlike meth or speed, it doesn't get you high, instead it will help you stay up and make you focus more. I believe it's fairly easy to obtain via the internet(although, it maybe very difficult, I've never searched for it)
Stay away from speed, I havent done tons of research, but if I was to guess I'd say someone did a study somewhere and it showed studying with speed was worse than studying without it(I'm assuming there).
My advice would be read up on helpful study techniques, get yourself some sleep, and if you really feel the need to take something to help you try and find some adrafinil(or similar substance) or take some st. johns wart and ginko biloba or some natural herbs.

You have obviously never done meth. Meth is adderall's older cousin. The effects are pretty much the same, only meth is alot stronger. Meth makes you super duper focused. The problem with that is you'll probably say fuck the studying and smoke more meth...
