I've always wondered about the point of all the "SWIM did this" or "SWIY did that". It offers zero legal protection and simply confuses whatever discussion is at hand. One should always avoid self-incrimination, but talking in "SWIM-speak" doesn't fit that bill. Some boards use it as an entrenched tradition, other prohibit the practice.
