If you want a new start. Get new isp or ip. Either way start fresh. Then from there always use the proxy. I'd say use socks4 /5. You could proxy proxy mac address spoof then proxy not literally but any person that knows there stuff will understand me.. Pure undetectable?

A lot of people say just ask your isp to change your ip than just use a proxy and mac spoof from than on out. Technically the proxy won't 'completely' make your new ip undetectable, but you're right- that's probably the most undetectable you'll get.

I agree with what was previously stated. the government doesnt not have the "right" to collect information on you unless you are on their watch lists. VPNs, Proxies, IP + MAC spoofing and anything of the such are decent if you are tring to keep network admins at bay but if your really worried about someone detecting you just keep in mind "if theres a will theres a way". one main reason why smart hackers compromise boxes and jump from point to point when tring to infiltrate a system
