Question WEP/ WPA Cracking

Ive bin tryin to learn how to hack wep keys and spent a few days already googlin my ass of and im back to where i started. i tried using countless tutorials and programs. so was wunderin if any1 has bin successful using a wireless usb wifi adapter and if so wat programs did u use?

my network adapter inst supported by this program i got a linksys WUSB600 dual-band usb
and i found 1 program that was compatible with it but i cudnt install the fuckin driver

I heard that if you enter 1234567654321 it reads it as some sort of default password and sometimes lets you in. Hasn't worked for me yet, but my aunt said it worked for her. Worth a try...

Ok, so you wanna crack W.E.P./W.P.A./WPA2 or whatever bullshit you wanna call them...point being, there locked...

Now, this program called "Backtrack" is a great Linux Slaxware program used for cracking the above bullshit...

You need a(n) external network adapter that works with Linux by default.

Google "backtrack" and it will take you to "remote exploit"
You will see Backtrack3
scroll down and select older versions if you want it to be a little easier...
Use backtrack2 because it can be run as an OS which makes it a lot more simple...
