uh... sunlight and magnetic fields have nothing to do with radioactive decay...

Besides, even if the half-life of an isotope could be increased to the point that observing humans would think it vastly older than it is, there's simply no rational explanation for the stark continuity of worldwide empirical data sets regarding the age of the earth as determined by this method.

Like neb said, radiometric age dating has put the age of the earth at about 4.54 billions years. Think about the speed of light, the fact that we can see objects over 10,000 lightyears away discredits the young earth creation theory.

Point being, that xon makes a point. If i dont believe the earth is over ten thousand years old then macro evolution isn't possible, Therefore I can accept Micro evolution without accepting macro evolution. And to top it all off you can't use any argument supporting macro-evolution that is based on anything factual, until you prove to me the earth is over ten thousand years old, which you will never be able to do, because I'm unreasonable, and christian.
Listen, you can believe what ever you want but that does not change the fact that the Earth is 4.5 billions years old. If you dont accept the earth is over 10,000 years old then in my books your a fucking idiot for denying a fundemental scientific fact.

I think that the virtual entirety of the scientific community knows better than I do regarding such a subject, and if the Christian agrees, then we can proceed. If he thinks he knows better, then I go cry in a corner for humanity.

If he believes in logic, he'll say that the scientific conclusion is most likely the correct one. If he doesn't, he'll say it's because of God's word.
i agree with a certain degree of your points if not all but i dislike the typical belittleing of people with different views than you. i find that makes you look like the asshole.

your a smart guy dont go letting your ego get in the way.

And most christians are fucking idiots. Therefore they can deny whatever they want no matter how basic a scientific fact it is.

Every day the people I interect with, they all have different beleifes than my own. I don't shame them for it, in this day and age we are taught to have the mentality of treating everyone as equals, well I find that hard, intelligence is key.

Why not treat the different iq levels differently instead of skin colour or race, the language thing kinda gets in the way hardcore. save all english speaking people with an iq over 120 and kill the rest of the population... the world would be great
