virus from movie Hackerz

if any of you have seen the movie hackerz (if you haven't go watch it)
does anyone know how to make the cookie monster virus
its completely pointless but it makes a cookie monster go across your screen and says feed me a cookie, and it doesn't go away until you type cookie.
i know some basic c++ but if anyone could help me make it or someone else make it and just give it to me

First of all that is a great movie, no matter how out of date it is now. Secondly I have no clue how to make the cookie monster virus but if anyone tells you hit me up with it
