So a while ago i asked for some help with my neighbors. The perfect opportunity arose this week. He runs a locksmith business which he advertises on his van and a sign on our street. He was bragging at the local coffee shop he just spent a couple thousand on a new sign and a new custom paint job for his van. I when to walmart (In a different state) and bought a few cans of spray paint, oatmeal cookies, a bag of sidewalk salt and a large bottle of gorilla glue. The first order of business was the dog. That dog barks at anything unless you feed him a oatmeal cookie. Ive done this for years when I have to mow or do yard work, He shut right up. Next was his phone line. Cut all the cords in the box outside of his house. Now the van. That entire new paint job on the die is entirely blacked out now. Filled his locks with the glue. when to his shop and filled those locks with glue. Took the salt and made a giant swastika in his perfectly manicured lawn. Took what was left of the glue and filled the phone junction box with it. and finally spray painted his sign.
The police showed up today asking if we saw anybody last night(I could barley keep from bursting out in laughter) THanks for all the ideas give but Im not done yet.

I hate this faggot piece of shit and he always screws with me in a class with no teacher. He has a friend to which both are 18. They do all sorts of shit like throw my stuff and lately they dumped glue in my hair that dries really quick, TWICE!!!
