All right, so you're not planning to join the marines- your loss, their gain- so why should you bother giving me a hundred? Because, if you train the right way, this push-up drill will fill out your pecs, delts & tri's faster than a jarhead recruit can clean a latrine with his toothbrush.

Where heavy resistance training builds the contractile proteins, high-volume, low intensity loading, such as push-ups, kick other wheels of the muscles machinery into growth. The volume of sacroplasm goes up. Mitochondria, the muscle cells' energy plants, get buff. Capillaries spread their tentacles throughout the muscle.

Even though capillaries make up but a fraction of a muscle's girth they serve a VIP function in bulking your myofibrils, or "real muscle", when you get back to heavy training. Here's how it works:

A 1995 British study by Schott et al., concluded that greater exposure of muscle cells to various metabolites, or "muscle engine exhaust fumes", leads to greater gains in strength & mass. It has been suggested by some experts that the more extensive a muscle's vascularity, the more the muscle will be soaked in intra-muscular metabolites & growth factors, & the more it will grow.

anyone else pissed as FUCK over the ending? i ripped through the main story focusing a bit here and there on side quests my plan was to come back and explore everything after getting some kick ass gear and a higher level. so i get to the ending get shitty power armour and then the game fucking ends after i 1 hit the general fucking bullshit i saved before that battle as well. so now my game is over at level 13 with about 1/3 of the map explored FUCK THAT GAME. i have like 5000 bullets and 83 stimpacks saved up for my after adventures OMFG im so pissed. it should ATLEAST take you to the menu were u accept the quest after you beat it i loved the game before but im giving it a 4/10 now

ok well this is pretty isolated but i cant think of easy shit to write about. ok you will need your targets account that they use for linking images. say they have a picture on there myspace page like most people do. all you have to do is go onto there photobucket, delete that photo upload a piece of porn WITH THE EXACT SAME NAME as the deleted file. now when someone navigates to that page the browser will see the code calling that image, it will grab it and it will now be a picture of porn. so all you have to do is report them and there goes there account. i have tested this and it works.

this is by far the easiest way and what i did. first pick your target. then write a program that is a counter but starts 10 digits long (to get over the char min filters) then have it so everytime you click a button it adds one to that value and makes it appear in a textbox or something similiar. get ghost mouse and do this. Now open up your program and have it running .hit the post reply button NOT quick reply on the targeted page, then press record on ghost mouse. go over to your program click the button so the value appears copy it, you have to use only the mouse for this, no hotkeys. then paste it into post reply . then hit post reply wait about 10 seconds this website can be fucking slow some days. now go over to the back button in your browser. highlight and delete the text that is there, right click and delete it. no go over to ghost mouse and this press play. go afk and it will spam at a decent rate. you can make it faster but this takes about 30 seconds to do.

Question: Should I give up on camping?

Question Details: I invited a few of my friends on a camping trip with my friends. I've been camping by myself for a few years now, and I know what I'm doing in most situations. But this one trip, was much colder than I expected. I didn't prepare adequately (I didn't think I'd need a sleeping bag, and I don't like tents) so all I had was my heavy sweater, beanie and gloves. We decided to let the fire go out. I borrowed a sleeping bag from a friend, but I forgot to zip the thing up, and I almost froze to death. I wound up crawling into a tent with the other guys. I absolutely failed on this trip. I'm supposed to be the guy who knows what he's doing. I just want to sell all of my camping equipment, and never have to hear this story again. This sucks so bad, I just wanna shoot myself. Ya know why I posted this question so much? It's cause I got tired of fu#ks giving me sh!t answers to a serious question! What, do you enjoy spamming my inbox with hate mail? Is that how you get your kicks?

first you need a program called cain and abel

install it then open it

go over to the cracker tab

select lm +ntlm hashes

then hit the blue cross at the top

press next

a list of all the local users will appear

go to dictionary attack

select ntlm hashes

click start

if that does not work try brute force attack

on the ntlm hash

lower the max length to about 10 or else it will take forever

make sure you have as few running programs as possible to avoid confusion
go to command prompt
start>run>cmd
then type netstat -n
get the person to accept a file from you
make a new command prompt window
then netstat -n
the new ip will be the victim's

send your target a screen filled with any emoticon i use
it is easiest if you copy it into notepad paste the face a million times then copy that over to the msn window
after you send it hit the stop button
look for the packet it will be easy to find since it has 100's of in it
right click it then press send
check the continuously bubble
then change the time to 100 milliseconds
press play
wait for the count to hit 1000 stop and they will be logged off

sql injections are a joke

all this does is trick the server into running some code in the password field that appears you have the correct password ie 1=1 or a=a
the website then believes you have the right password, instead of comparing the two passwords to see if they are identical it takes the statement 1=1 and since that is true it lets you in

google inurl:index.asp
for possibly vunerable websites

then to log in try injecting different code

i will use the churches of kenya site as an example

if you get an error message when you enter the line that means the website is vunerable so keep trying untill you get it

I help lots of people. However, I don't make pointless threads proclaiming my supreme knowledge like you do ("I'm out," "How to Hack," etc.).

The moderator mediates conflicts, maintains the threads, and establishes justice. Which of those have I not done?

burning movies

ok so now you have that awesome movie you wanted downloaded from my last thread, but there is one problem, you are wondering what in the hell to do to get it to play on your tv.

first make sure the movie you downloaded is about 700mb but not over 750mb
most torrented movies are around this size anyway

now you have to turn your file(most likely .avi) into a format your dvd player can understand, this is a LONG process(2-6hours depending on quality and computer speed) . i noticed i get better quality conversions if i am not at the computer as it is converting.

there are loads of programs out there for this, most cost about 30 bucks
i use a freeware program called "dvd flick" this is an amazing program and it works great for me

my advice tho is double check that the file plays fine and is of pretty decent quality

i will now guide you through the steps on converting it

1. open your newly downloaded dvd flick

2. then click browse on the bottom right corner of the window, now select where you would like the file to be converted to THIS IS IMPORTANT MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A NEW FOLDER BECAUSE IT DELETES EVERYTHING IN THE DESTINATION FOLDER, so dont place it on your desktop i made that mistake once

3. now hit add title on the top right, then find your file

4. go over to project settings at the top. once there go to the general tab and make sure that "target size" is set to the type of dvd you are going to be burning. odds are it is DVD 4.3GB, even tho your actual dvd says 4.7 still set it to 4.3 . now head over to the video tab. if you live in north america target format should be set to NTSC and if you live in europe then set it to PAL. set encoding profile to best. target bitrate to auto fit. now go to burning and make sure that create iso image and burn project to disk are both UNCHECKED. then press accept

5. now hit create DVD and you are done that part of it. now you just have to wait for it to finish

6. once all that is done you can just burn the files

now to do this you just need a program that can burn dvd files, basically all nero's do this.

if you are using nero find where it says create dvd, then just select all of the newly converted files and burn

thats it you are done
