I went into wall-mart today and saw a few computers, TV's, games, Etc. i was interested in. the thing is they have the "Spider wrap device" on them. I'm not really sure what the real name is but you should know what I'm talking about.

Anyways its this little black circle with black wires coming out going around the whole box. what i noticed is that the clerk at the front used a little what seemed to be Magnet device to take them off. Now what i would like to know is.

1. what is the name of this device?
2. do you know of a place to get the tool to take it off. Or the full device.
