i've been trying to get a job since like april, and quit smoking probably at the end of that month. still haven't gotten a job either, so last week (during the course of the last month all my stoner friends have been trying to get me to start again, so it was bound to happen soon) i started smoking again (because me trying to get a job was going so shitty) with my friend....last wednesday to be precise.

so a few hits out of a bowl on wednesday, a few half assed bong hits thursday.....and another few hits from a bowl yesterday right before i get a call for an interview from target (as i'm fucking high, with my dumbass friends who insisted on blasting music and loudly recalling stupid shit while i was on the phone after i very nicely asked them all to shut the fuck up lol).......they drug test before hiring.

so ya, interview is today at four.....if it goes shitty then fuck it, i'l just continue to start smoking again, if not i gotta rapidly get that shit out of my system......which is a grey area of 2 days to 11 weeks if i recall.

so based on how much i've smoked during the last week, should i drink a fuck ton of water and cranberry juice (that's what i was told to do by the dude who convinced me to smoke) and try to flush my system out.....consider looking into to some masking drug or try to cheat on any prospective drug tests?

usually i ask this kinda shit on the general and stupid questions thread but whatevers, felt like making a thread.....(plus it's more specific than my questions usually are on there and shit).

so any advice is appreciated, never had to take a drug test when i've actually done shit that will come up on it within a few days........if i get to the point of where i'd have to take the test to get hired i'd expect it to be within the next two days or so-maybe monday.

seems to be a good price considering the extra shit they throw in, once i get a job (hopefully this week) i'm thinking that'd be a good way to spend my first pay check.

those are pretty long guns though, and considering my parent's are not at all cool with me having one in their house (and i'm at least a few months away from being able to move out) i'm thinking maybe i should hold off.....

but then again i need a gun, and this place is down the road.....and if/when i get a job this is in my price range.

i thought i was gonna get a mossberg 500 12 gauge first, but those are at least $200.......this seems economical, though i was planning on getting either a shotgun or a pistol (from a private owner since i can't legally buy one from a dealer until i'm 21) first, then a rifle.

so is this a good deal or around standard?

of course i'm gonna hafta look at them in person to see if i actually want one, i don't want anything that's been counter-bored or some rusty piece of shit...but so far they seem decent.

there's not much on most of the day and sadly tv is all i got to do for the most part these days...

so i'm starting to see myself watching worse and worse shit more so than i used to.

the current shit i watch when nothinh else is on are these fucking awful self help shows......some of them boarder line reality tv.

cadaver dog got me watching "the strictest parents in the world" or some shit on cmt........oddly entertaining.

i've started watching this show "hoarders" on a+e.............fucking hillarious.

"intervention" is okay every now and then as well.........

anyways that's all i can think of at the moment, but a few months ago i would not watch this shit but now i have nothing better to do......plus i like how much better i feel about myself after watching it.

i've seriously applied for like 50 jobs over the summer (conservative estimate).......most places say they're taking apilications (which doesn't mean shit besides that) and those few that were for sure hiring (maybe 20 of those 50 ) would rather hire someone who got laid off from a better job than someone trying to get their first.

out of those like 50 applications i got 2 interviews...the first they hired someone else with more experience, the second i was actually told they'd have me work weekends and that i should come in the following week to make it offical (that was today, they were supposed to call yesterday......long story short they either forgot to call me or had no recollection of them hiring last week and no clue as to why i showed up there asking what was going on).

it's pretty fucking gay.

and to further compound this i haven't drank since like springtime, haven't gotten high on anything other than low grade painkillers since around the same time.........the drugs due mainly to employee drug testing, both due to the fact that i have no fucking money.

and of course to further compound shit i live in an area that is spread out pretty far, i have friends that live like 5 miles away and others that live a good half hour away.....no car or any money to actually do shit with if i had one and gas.

so ya shit's been really *****g for me, and it all essentially revolves around my inability to get a decent amount of money do to not getting a job.

living in an area where all the kids at my old school were driving used lexuses and mustangs and get a shitload of money to do whatever they want makes it even worse to a degree.

so ya, anyone else having a shitty time being fucking broke and bored?

i recently got really into the whole idea of being ready for any of the various really bad things that can happen to organized society in the coming years.......but since i'm broke as fuck i mainly just have a bugout bag load out and some accessories to that........basically a decent 3 day setup that can be stretched to a week or so without anything added to it.

anyways i hope to get some guns and a decent stockpile of ammunition and some food and shit saved up before it becomes nessesary for me to have it.

i'm seeing a global economic collapse as being the primary thing that will fuck most people over......we should be having some huge ass inflation issues pretty soon at the very least........plus where i live hurricanes and floods are and issue.....and of course theres all sorts of other shit i'm not as worried about, but i'd still like to be at least a little bit prepared for.

so anyone else of the survivalist mindset?

i think the entire global economy is fucked and about to collapse....

but it's very obvious that the U.S.'s already is well in to that process...

our money has been essentially worthless since Nixon eliminated the gold standard.......and basically we've only been stimulating our economy by printing more worthless money and telling everyone that everything's fine.

of course there's other issues such as outsourcing, unemployment, numerous national debts and shit.........but i have two solutions.

solution one:

the u.s. military is arguably the best in the world and the most expensive. this is what we've essentially gone into trillions in debt for.......so i say we use it.

no more outsourcing, we need to again be a self sufficent manufacturing and industry based nation and step up our farming a bit as well.......more smaller farms and such.

put the two together and we have a "bitch, what?" type senerio......

we'd still be trillions in debt but no one would be able to do shit about it, economic sanctions would be pointless if we were self sufficent and no one would fuck with our military on a direct level, and if they did we'd be able to have a ww2 style economic boom because we'd again be making our own shit (though not selling it off and such, but still......it'd be self contained so good for the U.S.)

i think this solution is the best and most sure way to continue the existence of the u.s. (of course this isn't getting involved with the political shit that needs to happen, such as us returning to a constitutional mindset and restoring checks and balances and such)

solution two:

essentially national suicide......we say the u.s. government is over with........that we completely collapsed both economically and politically.......and start a new country with a new name and possibly new form of government (slightly) and say we that the new country doesn't owe anyone shit. (basically what russia did).

either way, fuck paying.......

of course i doubt anything will be done so get ready for global societal collapse bitches........or at least a nasty global depression.

there hasn't been much of a discussion of "do it yourself" books, guides on how to do shit, guides on things such as plants, drugs, weapons, food, medical procedures, carpentry.......anything useful. there was a "survival books" thread, and those are also pretty useful in my opinion, but this thread is more broad.....

anyways the point of this thread would be to share books that actually teach you things, actual tangible information that can be retained and used. information with practical applications, books that teach you how to do things that you will actually do if you wanted to or needed to.

my attempts at eating healthier have been kinda baseless and the only major thing i think i did on that front is completely stop drinking anything with high fructose corn syrup in it.....which basically has lead to me drinking 3 mountain dew or pepsi throwbacks a day instead of the other shit (eventually i'll get down to one or less a day).

and i don't know shit about the protein shakes and nutrition supplements and specialized diets or the components that make them up or where to get them really....

i plan on eventually getting some formal martial arts training once i get a job and shit, i was thinking of doing krav maga but if i can't find an instructor around here i'll probably go to one of the mma instruction places (though i'm not really interested in the sporting aspect of martial arts at the moment). I'm also interested in Jeet Kune Do which is essentially the forerunner of the mixed martial arts idea to begin with.

anyways anyone on here do any martial arts and have any recommendations for equipment, books, training techniques, style preferences........anything like that?

since i stole the new idea for this forum from deathlord i might as well steal some thread ideas as well....at least i think this was one.

anyways post any workouts you do on a regular basis if any....
or post your half-assed attempts at doing so (see below)

i'm trying to get into a decent workout routine (routine being the key word here since i usually work out well in a routine for a week or so then lose intrest or get sick or just say fuck it working out sucks) for the summer and hopefully longer.

right now i'm thinking:

mon. --- arms (hammer curls, standard curls, rows) chest (bench press), shoulders (shoulder press....fuck i forget what else......shrugs are dumb), and a good half hour-hour of cardio (running, jogging,biking etc)

tues.---- i should probably get back into doing core lifting such as squats and deadlifts.....and leg workouts such as leg curls and such.......they suck (in my opinion) but i'm gonna start doing them again

wed--- repeat monday

thurs--- repeat tuesday

friday--- repeat monday and wednesday

saturday--------..................fuck it i'm already seeing key flaws with this plan such as me probably only being able to go to the gym every other day at best

plus i was gonna try to incorporate 100 or so pushups and situps as well as at least 30 minutes of cardio every day

well you get the picture, anyone who has any actual good routines i can steal key elements of please post (i'm gonna revise mine eventually unless this attempt at a forum revival falls on its ass like my shitty workout routine)

been about six months or so.......

anyways anything new with the site? when i stopped coming on in like december the whole site was inundated with the subretarded petty arguments between various members and their respective parties.....and a plethora of half assed though somewhat elaborate physcological experiments (actually that was kinda clever until it started to become a weekly thing)....and there was a seemingly large influx of very annoying new people.

so i gave the site a little break, and i'm seeing if anything changed or not.......not expecting much honestly.

i'm not really a big fan of the whole comic book thing really, maybe when i was a little kid but not now. so i didn't think i'd like the graphic novel "the watchmen" either, but my dad just bought a book which is a compilation of the comic book series (to read before the movie came out)........anyway i'm about half way through it and it's fucking amazing. the movie looks pretty true to it too, at least what i could see from the previews.

anyways it isn't your stereotypical superhero/customed hero comic book.......it's really nihilistic/pessimistic/ dark in nature......most of the "heroes" have some serious deep rooted physcological problems. i'm finding it very entertaining and insightful...

anyways i guess i'll wanna talk about it more after i finish reading it, and if you haven't read it i'd suggest doing so.....especially if you think comic books are childish and kinda gay like i did.

my desk drawer broke a few days ago, i dumped all the shit that was in it on my floor and glued it.

apparently a large packet of random shit i printed off of this shit in april, such as dmt and dxm extraction, smokeless bong plans and a list of drugs and explosive components i was gonna buy was in there too.

and of course my mom found it.

so, in a conversation reminiscent of the song "institutionalized" by suicidal tendencies, they've attributed by reason behavior over the last few years to drugs and such......accused me of being an urban terrorist.....and multiple other things.

i had to explain that i wasn't building bombs and the reason i wasn't is cause i looked up the right way to do it on here, and it sounded hard, not to mention kinda dangerous and i decide it wasn't worth the time. i convinced them that most of the shit was printed out of curiousity, which was true for most of it...

but the drug thing began to piss me off, i had told my mom i had smoked a few cigarettes in 8th grade and suddenly she asks if i had tried other things as well. i asked if she and my dad really wanted to know, and they did...

so i told them that i've been binge drinking on and off with friends, smoked weed a shitload of times, did shrooms, and dxm a few times (had to explain what that was)...

they weren't too happy.....

long story short i'm supposed to be going to a physciatrist in the coming month or so...

which will of course inevitably lead to be just being prescribed drugs and the wasting my time.

well anyways i thought that was kinda funny in a fucked up sorta retarded way.

let's see i joined this site in april 08, mainly to ask a bunch of newbish drug questions and for some reason i'm still on here. i can remember finding out the right way to trip dxm and some kickass music that was recommended to me from the first few months i was on here, good shit. every now and then i do learn something intresting on here, but for the most part, especially of late, this site has been an international hub of irrational stupidity and subretardation of almost unimaginable proportions......

it can be a fun site, an educational site, and an exte***y annoying and pointless site. or just completely inactive at times. it has a sort of fucked up cycle which i'm still trying to figure out, but you'll notice that most people have months at a time of inactivity due to it, sometimes a year or so. so come back, some don't. (not counting the very numerous amount of junior members who ask 3 retarded ass questions that have been answered thousands of times and then leave). currently i think this site is in one of its exre***y pointless and annoying phases.

so ya, anyways...

i like to get drunk and high, but usually can't afford to on a regular enough basis. i'm 17, a senior in a high school i can't stand at all...

i'm pretty good at drawing but have no inspiration to, i'm decent at photoshop but only like to do pics of drug trips i have now, i'm a semi professional photographer with no camera. i've been told i'm a decent writer but i usually find it *****g. i wanna try to learn to play guitar better but i don't see much of a point in it or really in anything. right now i'm in one of those depressed, "life is pointless", "why don't i just kill myself?" phases.

so the game is simple.

the basis of which will be the antifederalist party from way way back...

the federal government of the United States has too much power, most of which needs to go back to the states....government agnecies need to be minimalized, big government needs to be made smaller

drug laws, marriage laws, abortion, speed limits, drinking/smoking age etc. all that shit should be decided by the states.

the system of checks and balances needs to be reinstated, the executive branch of the federal government has way too much authority and powers and can no longer be properly checked by the other two branches.

industry in the U.S. also needs to start up again. outsourcing needs to be stopped, we need to build all our own shit again. this will help the economy of the country which needs to be self contained.

this group will also be anti globalization and somewhat isolationist....

i need to think this through more and be more specific.

DAYTON, Ohio - A mother intentionally put her month-old daughter in a microwave oven and cooked the child to death after a fight with her boyfriend, a prosecutor told jurors Thursday.

Defendant China Arnold and her boyfriend had argued over whether he was the biological father, Assistant Montgomery County prosecutor Daniel Brandt said during closing arguments in the woman's retrial. The argument got so heated that Arnold bit her boyfriend's lip and he slapped her, Brandt said.

Arnold, 28, of Dayton, is accused of killing her infant daughter Paris Talley in 2005. She could face the death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder.

Brandt said Arnold told a cellmate she put the baby in the microwave and turned it on because she was worried her boyfriend would leave her if he found out the child wasn't his, Brandt said.

"She could have stopped it with one finger, but she didn't," Brandt said. "We know she used that microwave as the instrument of death."

Defense attorney Jon Paul Rion told the jury there was evidence that someone else was responsible.

He cited testimony from a boy who said he saw another boy walk into the kitchen of a nearby apartment with the baby, heard the microwave go on, and then later saw the burned baby in the microwave.

"He told a very believable story," Rion said.

Judge John Kessler declared a mistrial in February after he privately heard the youngster's account. The boy, now 8, testified at the retrial Tuesday.

In rebuttal, however, the 8-year-old's mother testified Wednesday that they lived some distance away and they were not at Arnold's apartment complex when the baby died. Her former live-in boyfriend also testified that he was certain the boy was not at the location.

Today I was told by my physiology/anatomy teacher that due to budget cuts in the educational budget we won't be able to buy dead cats to dissect in class this year unless we do some sort of fundraiser to buy dead cats....lol (student donations of dead cats aren't being accepted... they gotta be drained and preserved by professionals....there were several volunteers in my class that were disappointed by this)

i got some really dumb stories but that just happened today... and this is at a school with multiple plasma screen tvs in the lunch room and a golf cart with police sirens (i need to post a picture of that dumbass thing)
