The united states is leaning on a recession right now and while we arent necessarily in a recession as a whole many states are. I live in Georgia and were kinda on the fence right now.

So lets examine what got us here: first of all 9/11 happened and so with disaster on such a grand scale comes the beginnings of an economic problem being fear, no one travels and the market loses valuable time and must accordingly adjust, by being attacked we were forced to fight a war on terror which was expensive.
next you have the war in Iraq which cost even more money(12 billion/month) and as that war made oil prices go up then you have Katrina hit New Orleans and shut down a major port all the while we started to realize that our oil is running out and fast and cheap oil is going even faster. Our lives revolve around oil and so with these developments you can do nothing but fall further into economic problems. mainly oil is our problem and that is on a much greater scale than just being limited to our country, we are the number one oil consuming country in the world but China's need is growing rapidly and we havent a clue what to do. You must fist make the liquid matrix,and then add it to dry sodium perchlorate. The final explosive consists of 45% matrix and 55% dry sodium perchlorate.

The maxtrix composition is:
61% Aqueous Sodium Perchlorate solution 35%
Calcium Nitrate 10%
Diethylene Glycol 53.5%
Guar Gum 1.5%

How to make the matrix:
1) Dissolve the calcium nitrate in as little water as possible (doesnt take much! and add it to the diethylene glycol while stirring.

2) Add the sodium perchlorate solution to the diethylene glycol from step 1 while stirring.

3) Add the Guar Gum to the sodium perchlorate solution/diethylene glycol and stir until the guar gum is evenly suspended within the mixture. You have not created the liquid matrix.

All that is left to do is add the matrix to dry sodium perchlorate and stir. The mixture is poured into the desired mold and let sit for a 5 hours. After 5 hours the explosive should be solid.

As i said before, the chemicals are quite easy to find. Diethylene glycol can be found in antifreeze. It should say on the bottle if it contains diethylene glycol. The diethylene glycol can be dehydrated by using calcium chloride. Calcium nitrate can be bought as 15-0-0 fertilizer. Both countries have had a strained relationship in recent years. Some observers call it one of the lowest points in relations between the states.

“This is not a cold war. We should find a new word for it - neglect of Russia. Dangerous era, much of it comes from U.S. government and the U.S. media,” U.S. news anchor Dan Rather believes.

U.S. accusations of Russia’s backsliding on democracy, different positions on Kosovo’s status, NATO’s expansion - there are plenty of sticking points.

The U.S plans to deploy part of its missile defense system in Poland and Czech Republic aimed according to Washington to secure Europe against possible threats coming from Iran.

Russia opposes the move and calls it a threat to national security.

“The U.S. plans, ten interceptors in Poland and radar in Czech republic, poise no threat to the deterrent capability of Russia. The problem is the U.S. Missile Defense is an open system with a huge potential for expansion. Question is how far is U.S. planning to go!” Vladimir Dvorkin from the International Relations and Economics Institute.

With the U.S. as a leading member of NATO the alliance has already gone far into Eastern Europe. And now Ukraine may possibly be joining the alliance.

“A solution is needed. First, in order to remove the so-called missile defense crisis from the agenda, but also to ease tensions in the relations between Russia and the U.S.,” Vladimir Dvorkin believes.

Relations between the states leave much to be desired, but relations between the leaders look better. Their meetings at times look more like family reunions than formal talks, with warm folksy welcomes and hearty farewell hugs.

President elect Dmitry Medvedev has still to learn who will be his future counterpart. Whoever wins, they will have to learn how to deal with Russia. And with all the political changes in both countries this year might indicate a turn in the relations between Moscow and Washington.

Dilute Hydrochloric acid-This may be purchased
at the hardware store. It's sold as a brick and driveway cleaner.
They call it muriatic acid. Sodium Hydroxide- This, you probably
already have. It's called "lye" at mostplaces; it's drain cleaner.
Ethyl Ether-You'll probably have to make this. Don't worry,
it's a breeze. Just go to your local K-mart or Auto parts store,
and get a can of that "STARTING FLUID" it comes in a spray can.
It's used for cold weather starting of gasoline engines."bezenedrex nasal inhalers-USE ONLY BEZENDREX!! No other kind will work that I know of.
These are at any drug store or grocery, etc.. You need 12 of em,
butdon't buy em' by the dozen, unless its winter time, then you can
just say yer from some nursing home, and you're stockin up for the patients.
Otherwise buyem' 2 at a time, if possible. Get a friend to help you.
The druggists at the drug store usually will know what's goin on
if you buy quantity.

LIST OF EQUIPMENT
Two large eyedroppers-
ten small glass bottles-
one large glass or porcelainbowl-
coffee filters-
one small jar with a top-
one Pyrex baking dish-
oneglass test tube.

PREPARING ETHER! (DO THIS FIRST)Take one of the small bottles and
spray starter fluid in it till it lookshalf-full. Then
fill the rest of the way with water, cap the bottle and shake for
5 minutes. Then, draw off the top layer with the eyedropper, and throw
away the water layer. Repeat this until you have about 3 oz. of ether.
Put the cap on it, and put it in the refrigerator if you can.
(If you can't, don'tworry about it) You'll use this in the procedure below.


(1) Break open the inhalers, a pair of real sharp scissors does this good.
Place the cottons that were inside in a jar and close the lid.
(Remember youuse all 12 cottons.)
(2) In the bowl, combine 1- 1/3 oz. water and 2/3 oz. muriatic acid.
Shred cottons in this solution, and knead for 5 minutes with hands.
(ALWAYS BE SURE THERE'S CLEAN RUBBER GLOVES on your hands.)
You can do it bare-handed if you'vegot tough skin.
Squeeze all juice out of filters after you knead, and throw em away.
(3) Filter the remaining liquid into the quart jar.
It will be necessary to dothis several times to get that awful
s***ling oil out. The chemicals in theinhalers have been bonded
to the HCl, and the oils have been filtered off.Throw the filters away.
(4) Pour enough of the solution into a small bottle to fill it 1/3 full.
Saveany leftover juice for the second batch.
(5) Pour 1/4 teaspoon of the lye crystals into the bottle and agitate.
Do thiscarefully, as the mixture will become hot, and give off a gas.
Repeat thisstep until the mixture remains cloudy.
(6) Fill the bottle from step (5) up the rest of the way with ether.
Cap thebottle, and agitate for about 8 minutes.
It is very important to expose everymolecule of the free-base to
the ether for as long as possible.
(7) Let the mixture settle. There will be a middle layer that is very thick.
Tap the side of the bottle to get this layer as thin as possible.
(8) Remove the top layer with the eyedropper, being careful not
to get any ofthe middle layer in it. Save the top layer,
and throw the rest away.
(9) Fill a bottle half-way with water, and about 10 drops of acid.
Pour thetop layer from step (8) into the bottle, and cap it.
Shake the bottle for 2minutes.
When it settles, remove the top layer and throw it away.
The freebase has now been bonded to the HCl/water mixture.
(10) If there is anything left from step (3), repeat the procedure with it.
(11) Evaporate the solution in the Pyrex dish on low heat.
You can do this onthe stove, but I have found that if you leave it on
top of a hot-water heater (like the one that supplies hot water to your house)
for about 2-3 days, theremaining crystals will be Methamphetamine.
Some notes:Police are now calling this the "New Cocaine".
It is very easy to become delirious off the ether fumes,
so be sure you arewell ventilated, I mean it!!!
Small, aspirin, or experiment bottles seem to work the best for
smaller batches. The measurements are not exact, so you don't
have to be either.In step 9, be sure you don't use too much water.

1. Petrahydrazine 300ml Found at your local drug store in tabelet form.
2. Aminoambiotic acid 50ml Can be found in certain brands of batteries.(Duracel is one)
3. Hydrogen Saritin 50g Kinda tricky to find, try a science lab. Can be subsituted for 4.
4. Fellatic Acetate 50g This is a kind of plastic that is used mainly for condoms.
5. Butane 500ml Lighter fluid refiller.

Method:

The Condom(assuming that you are using a condom as your Fellatic Acetate source) must be soaked in the butane. You should leave this for a few hours and return to find the condom completly disolved. Then put this mixure into a saucepan, and heat gently on a stove. Now while that is heating, grind the Petrahydrazine into dust, and add that to the simmering mixture. Pour the finished product into a coke bottle and your done.

Use:

The mixture will explode on contact with the Aminoambiotic acid, so you will need to devise a delivery method. I like to pour the mixture over the intended target and throw a condom full of Aminoambionic Acid at the target. The explosion is small but alot of heat is generated that acts as an incindiary.

1) place a small amount of RDXcrystals on a hard surface. use a rolling pin to crush the crystals to a fine powder (the consistency of flour)
2)repeat process for petn.
3)mix 9 parts rdx and 9 parts petn in a jar and shake for 5 minutes but not too hard even though rdx is relatively stable petn is less stable than tnt.
4)pour the mix into a bowl of motor oil vegetable oil or petroleum jelly and stir until a uniformed paste is obtained.
