Okay, so first off, you want to clean your site of injection, swab it down with some alcohol.
I always use a fresh out of the pack u100, but if you're re-using, be sure to clean the spike, just some alc, heat, ya know, the basics.



Alright, after everything is all clean, draw up what you want to boot.
Got not so great shit? Draw it up through a really tight piece of a cotton ball, a cigerette filter, make sure it's pretty small, like, pellet sized.
Got it in there? Okay, good.



Now you want to draw a vein.
Get a belt, tubing, or something similar and tie it tight to your arm, pump your fingers a little, flick it if you have to, whatever to draw a nice, fat vein.





Now, the moment of truth. Slowly draw up your solution, tap the chamber to make sure there isn't any air bubbles. Once it's all nice and ready, slide it into the big juicy vein at an angle, plunger facing away, and /slowly/ empty the contents. If you're fucking with horse, move alittle faster, I've past out mid push before and gave myself a nasty cut on the arm.

You should now be completely and utterly fucked up.
I didn't go into much detail because this is just the basics, I won't insult yall with common sense shit like don't share needles, get a fresh spike every time, don't share rigs, all that shit, and you should know how to adjust according to your substance, cooking and all is for you to look up yourself.

Okay, I've been an extre***y heavy stimulate user for the past two and a half years, and I mean extreme.
Lately, my chest has been feeling very tight, my ears are feeling warm and hurting, my shoulders ache occasionally, my heart is beating very oddly, and slowly at points, and my vision goes all splochy at random times, and while this is probably unrelated, I feel like I need to shit when I don't.

I'm a former long distance track runner, and keep my activity to a minimum now, and all I eat basically is fast food, but not to the point I think it'd cause this.
I'm also fourteen, maybe I've already fucked my heart, but I didn't think it was possible to really bone myself this soon.

Anyone know what's up? I've Googled, but there's just to much shit to really decide for myself, and I can't see a doctor for awhile, I'm still waiting to get my insomnia checked out.

My substances of choice have cocaine, ice, and, in the past year and a half, amphetamines and ritalin. I've done PCP three times, and I am a moderate horse user.

Thanks in advance if someone can point me in the right direction, I'm probably just worrying over nothing, maybe I'm allergic to something, fuck if I know, but better safe then sorry.

Edit: My face and arms also go numb at random times, and I'll go ahead and include normal doses.
For coke, I was blowing about 4 grams a week, 8ball every two or three days when I had money, a little under a gram of near pure ice a week, around 400-600mg of adderall twice a week and 300mg+ ritalin randomly, usually less then five times a month.
My horse use I've toned down greatly, usually two or three buttons every once in awhile, IV, occasionally snorted if I can't find a clean spike.
