The bleach would kill the grass, leaving a nice yellow patch on their lawn.
The salt will prevent the grass from re-growing and will spread to a larger area when it rains.

To the OP, use as much salt as you can as it will fuck them over for a long time. I haven't tested this out, so I am going with high values that have a good chance at fucking it over. If you just sprinkle just a pinch of salt, it will do sweet fuck all. I would suggest using about 1 cup of salt for every square meter (approx 9 square feet) if you want their lawn to become completely barren and have to be completely replaced (it's probably a little overkill, but w.e).

As for the bleach, i have no idea. Buy a jug and empty it all.

I'd say pour the bleach in and make it say "BITCH" when she walks out the front door, and poor salt over it. Then you could do the skittles thing to the rest of the lawn where you color the lawn with shitloads of skittles.
