Most of these are good ideas, but the common denominator (with the exception of the bomb threat) is that they all operate directly you ---> him; It would be a lot harder to track you down if you operated outside such an immediate channel. For example; call his parents from a pay phone, sounding totally stoned, and tell them to have him call "Big Joe" (or some obvious dealer pseudonym) because the package just arrived. Variations on this one include getting a girl to phone in sexual harassment, hanging out in front of his house in a hoodie and demanding he "pay up" when his parents are within earshot, etc.
