if your neighberhood has a guy with a pool and you dont like him/her heres a good way to piss the heel out of him.
if he has a filter there should be a gaint pool filter like this:

then go to the switch of the pools filter that turns it on(usaully close by)

then go to the crank switch (connected to the filter) and switch it to "backwash" turn it back on and his pool will begin to drain.

make sure the guy has one of these filters before you plan it

like would it just drain the pool. or would it drain it into his yard?

lol i did it last year it worked perfectly cause the pool was really deep so the water went all down the street

you just have to make sure they wont see it cause its pretty obvious so do it when they go out for a weekend or something

there should be a white tube connected to the filter that the water comes out of so if you want can put it in the yard

or if your lucky they left a window open =D
