This is a good way to get someone. Go to a store that sells hunting stuff. Buy a few bottles of doe estrous urine. (Skunk urine works the best!!) Find an enemy's car, then pour the urine down the vents under the windshield. If you can, pour the urine on any metal that will get hot . Talk about a smell! Best done on that BMW/Mercedes/Lexus that rudely cut you off in traffic.
