help hackin wifi on a mobile phone

hi this is probally a bit of a noob question but does any one no if u can hack into other peoples wifi on your mobile phone if the said phone has wifi coz when i scan 4 networks on my n95 it gives me a massive list of wifi connections but i cant find a way of using them i can only use my own account ive tried searchin google an other threads on here but all i got was stuff on that silica pda.
