Hi i'm new and i would like to know how to do these things, if possible freely!

1. Hack into a website so i can not only find out usernames and other things but also bring it down.

2. Hack into someons MSN without knowing password (duh) and then tamper with it and eventually lock it or something like that maybe even delete.
