I have a little predicament here. See, there is this girl I met recently. I can't even describe how much I like her. The thing is she lives in Illinois and I live in Wisconsin. Her family (Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, and her) came up to the town I live in, which is a 3 hour drive for them. We met and hung out that entire day. The strangest thing about this is that I was completely comfortable hanging out with her. It was strange because I have always been shy. This stupid shyness has really done its damage when it comes to getting a girl, I hate it!!!!! But I had no problem with her. We talked and laughed the whole time, it was great. I have to say it was actually the most fun I have had in a long time!!!

I am getting a strong vibe that she really likes me. I am not sure what to do since long distance relationship usually don't last very long. But there is some very good news. She and her family will move up here eventually!!!!

That is why they come up here, to fix up the house. I don't know how long it will take but I hope not too long.

I don't know what to do about this. I was hoping to stay very close friends until they move up here and then ask her out.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

As for you situation, the only thing I could really think of is waiting until you can drive (assuming you cant now because I'm only 14) and visiting her or vise versa. Or you could get someone to drive you maybe. Just keep in touch I guess. I really have no ideas.

More good news, she will be up here this weekend. Hopefully she has some sort of Email, Facebook, MySpace, etc... so we can keep in touch. Yea, she doesn't have a cellphone, which really sucks!!

Another sweet thing is that her parents are very protective, but they really like me for some reason.

Oh and I can drive but we haven't known each other very long, so visiting her house is out of the picture for now. Also, gas prices suck and I am low on money.
