1) u can have a bong/pipe w/ weed resin on it and you cant get busted by cops cause its not possesion.

2)Cops cant do anything if your high and cant find weed on you (again not possesion)

2)Depends, if you are driving they could say DUI-LESS SAFE, and sometimes they will try for disorderly conduct.

its not as bad as possession I dont think...my friend got busted for possession and drug paraphanellia (sp?) all he got was 6 month diversion with drug tests every two weeks...he had to go to a substance abuse class as well

they can get you if you are causing a sceen usually they dont bust you for being high if you arnt causing a sceen but if you are tweekin out or sumthin lol they might bust you you htat and usually if they find a pipe they will smash it or keep it one time i got my weed taken away nad pipe then i saw the same cop smokin my shit 20 mins later like what the fuck
