heating does tend to strip the carboxylic group off converting Δ9-THCA-C5 A into Δ9-THC-C5, but 25 seconds in the microwave wouldn't do shit... You just got placebowned.

Years ago, and I think I am older than anyone whose age is posted, high times used to sell a device called the maximizer. You could put your weed in it and turn it on and it would turn the thca into thc. It does this by heating from the inside out. it was nothing more than a small microwave oven.the kid is right. I have done this with homegrown that is still a little moist, and it works great. If your bud is already dried I would not nuke it for 30 seconds or you will have a pretty smoky house and a fucked up microwave. try 10.

it's called a vaporizer, and it does convert THCA->THC but that's not its main purpose of existance.

a vaporizer bakes the marijuana at a particular temperature (im stoned so look it up yourself - the hell if i can remember it) and literally vaporizes the thc out of the plant and into your beautiful pink lungs

Yeah except vaporizing gives you a completly different high then smoking. I perfer smoking but every once in a while I will vaporize.
