Ok i have court on oct 8 being charged with assault and i have a prior felony for trafficing(14yrs old) and a misdeamnor(spl)(16yo) for drinking and now am 17

I will have been clean for 17 days and before that i smoked nearly everyday for about 7 months

Will i even be piss tested and will i pass or what do i need to do to pass.

well in your position i wouldnt really be worried about pissing clean.but im almost positive the judge will ask you if your still using or not.and if you say that your not they almost always want you to piss if they suspect that your a druggie or whatever.but with all these other charges,..........or are these just past charges.the traffiking would be the one id most worry about.i also got charged with traffiking a few years back cuz i got busted with a qarter pound of weed.and man it was some good shit.i can still smell that shit.anyway i got sentenced to 3 years in prision.im out now but im still on parole for another year. only cuz they looked at my past.some of my past charges are possession of narcotics,paraphernallia,larceny,etc....... im not saying that youll get thrown in prision but id definately get a good lawyer.well if your still worried about pissing clean heres a few ways to do it.and this means NO smoking at all.you can drink water constantly till your court date or you can drink vinegar to clean your shit.or you can take some niacin but im warning you.if you choose the niacin path im just letting you know that your whole body will start to flush.youll get hot,itchy sweaty.this is until all the toxins are burned out of your system.well man my fingers are starting to hurt.so if you need more ways to clean your piss then get ahold of me or google some ideas.good luck man

exactly, your too young to have all those charges. but as far as the drug test goes, if the judge ask before you take it, be honest and say you were smoking weed for a while but you recently stopped about 3 weeks to a month ago. and drink as much water as you possibly can, just keep drinking and drinking and drinking and you should be just fine. before you go in though take a home test first to see if it comes up clean, then you dont have to tell the judge, or you could just tell him youve been clean for long. but still, you shouldnt have put yourself in that situation..good luck
