those are my charges that are being brought against me a week from monday.

I didnt do any of it.

k, well a month or so ago, my mom and i got into a big ass argument, she told me to get out, so i started packing a bag when she asked for my cell phone, which i had thrown in the bag. i continued packing my bag, and started to leave, she grabbed the bag, and i tugged back (im a lot stronger than my mom) but yeah, so she was trying to take my bag, and she was screaming and hitting and all that shit, so i was struggling to just get away. so i started thrashing around trying to get away. in the process i elbowed her in the face. oops. so i run down the stairs, and leave, and call the cops cause my mom was just going crazy on me again. so this time i decided to get the police involved. well, they pick me up at the gas station down the road, and immediately, they start treating me like the criminal, telling me to get on my knees, and then they proceded to search me. bullshit. then they throw me in the back of the car, ask me what happened. then they go in and talk to my mom, and come back out and say, "yeah, you're being charged with domestic violence, is there anywhere u can stay tonight?" bahaha bullshit again.

and the posession of marijuana was two years ago, but they just didnt do anything about it until now.

now heres where i get confused. on my letter from the court it said i am being charged with posession of vicodin in association with the incident that happened two years ago when they got me with posession of pot. I am not a pill popper, in 2006, i didnt even try vicodin. im only 16. so my guess is, when my stepdad was talking to the cop, he slipped him the vicodin and said he found it on me.

Holy shit dude. I hope everything gets worked out for you. It'll be really fucked up if you get in trouble for something that you didn't do.

if your father gave the cop the vicodin, you could have it ruled as inadmissible in court....since as far as you know, you didnt have any vic on you, that shouldnt be too hard of a charge to dodge...

domestic violence, i dont think any jury is gonna really be on your side unless you have your mother either A drop charges, or B submit to a psych evaluation (very thorough one), your best bet is to take community service and be tried as a minor, then file for emancipation within a year or so, so that if they touch you again, you can press charges (i'd wait till you have a place to stay and a steady income)

fuck that shit in like a few months itll jus be another thing u can tell a story about, that shit is weak, the system fucks people...... o well man, jus get through it and move on or w/e yadayada.... i got a shitload of violations and lemme tell u the law can teach you sumthing, that sometimes life isnt fair and u cant do shit about it except make the best of it..... from like last june to august i was on a 3 month dxm binge basically, and also stole bottles everyday from pick'n'save, so i was an idiot and got arrested 13 times in 3 months.... paraphernalia, theft, 9 underage drinking tickets, disorderly conduct etc. and now a year later im still dealing with court dates like a bitch and have no license for awhile, im fucked, but after all that it teaches u some shit and makes you more keen..... basically dont be a dumass like my dumb ass was... also dont skip on trittles all the time, that shit fucks up reality when ur sober for awhile

yeah, but i kinda have scholarships, and college apps to turn in, and being convicted of a felony means i dont go to college. fuck.

jus when you do go to court, wear a suite, cut your hair, be really respectfull, and bring a folder with papper in it...... but make sure its papper relivent to the things.

The judge might go easy on you, or you could get off.
