Salvia is great. You should just go get some from your local headshop; that's what I do.

Also, don't smoke it in a blunt. It's not a high enough heat to effectively burn the chemicals.

So basically you can just throw the salvia away if you're gonna blunt-smoke it.

okay heres the deal on salvia.


you can smoke it plain.

use a pipe! no pop cans or stupid shit. make sure you take like 3 hits. the bowls go fast.

smoke a bowl to yourself dont pass it around by hits wit buddys.

hold each hit for 30 secs for best results.

it is legal is almost every state.

buy it at smoker friendly or any ciggerete store that just sells tobbaco products. they will usualy have it.

the higher the x the better time you have =P

you dont see shit you just get all tripped out. usualy you just laugh alot.

when you do it just sit on the couch. no tv. no music.

the highs last about 5 to 15 mins.
