Alright, I have been successfully sober for a week... and chewing sunflower seeds like a motherfucker. I have also been working out.


I have made up my mind, I'm going to keep working out, and all that I can do to stay mentally/socially/ and physically well, but I'm still going to smoke.

I'm going to smoke PrimeTimes, cigars, and weed. I have finished my detox today and now I'm out to smoke a bowl, and a pack of PrimeTimes.

good mother fucker quittin all but weed and dip is what i did and my suggestion is 2 eat jolly ranchers i think it works better then seeds but that might be just cuz i dip

Ok, so I gave in today and smoked some regular shit at lunch, before P.E. We used a can and hit it in the bathroom...

haha thats funny. yeah ive just started running again. i just got back from a 2 miler and it feels great. But track starts tmorrow. so o yea
