Do things you wouldn't normally do when doing any of those other things. Like, when I quit smoking the first time, I'd stay inside (I'm not allowed to smoke in my house), and lay on the couch while watching TV or playing video games. I never smoked when doing those things, so it kept my mind occupied and stuff.
Also, you could do things differently. One of my mom's friends would always hold his coffee mug in his left hand and a cigarette in his right. He started putting the cup in his right hand instead, and it was easier for him to quit. It just changes things up.

patient smokes about 1/2 ounce of weed (nugs, not dirt) in a 3 day period. patient has not been sober in about 4 weeks of this pattern.

looks like your "ruin your life thing" right?" lets go a bit further, and prove how you're right, to prove how you are wrong.

patient spent 400+ on weed aloe in the last 2 weeks
over drafted his bank account but about 175+ toward the end of it
which caused patient to end up spending 40$ on a pack of cigarettes
due to NSF fees.

the day he overdrafted he got an 800 bi-weekly paycheck, for 80 hours of work. he also recieves a 800-2500 paycheck the NEXT friday for his commissions for the month.

I try to keep all of these areas of my life good and healthy, they are all in tune as of now. I am very happy, not depressed, not sick, not dragged down.

Start working out, its take three weeks for humans to change a habit. Keep smoking bud start working out and focus on school.

Deffinately start working out. If you live where i live its hard cause its wayyy tooo cold out. But yeah still smoke weed. thats natural as hell.

FYI: ive tried something similar before and just so you know quit one thing at a time. it will be ALOT easier. one week quit one thing then another. You will have less suffering. But good luck

ha. when i quit smoking once i quit i just started popping pills. then i started smoking again and popping pills
