Okay, so I've decided that I'm going to quit smoking, drinking, pill popping, and any other bodily harm that i regularly do. Except for weed. I am starting this weekend and I've told all my friends to never give me a cigarette. Any advice? Like better habits, I'm chewing sunflower seeds for the weekend... This is all part of my meditation and beliefs. I have to stay healthy, mentally and physically, and I have to continue to feed my crave for knowledge whilst I'm a teenager.

No. It is a belief that I have came up with for my well being. It is very hard to stick with as I have failed more than once.

ive been tryin to quite butts for iunno how long... thing is when you have people asking you to buy them for them, they always give you a few and you just have to accept.

but iunno, i havent had one in 8 or 9 days and i havent craved them, i think its cus im on vacation i never smoke butts on vacation.
