Hahaha, I just went back and read that. She made acid by accident? Must have been one hell of an accident, to spill all that tartrate solution into the pressure vessel, seal it, dial in the right values on the pump, put the right light filters on, wash and extract and then ethylaminate...

okay, well.. if acid is so hard to make, then why was it available in millions of hits in the 60's for events like woodstock? admitadly there was more crooked chemists then, but still.. i heard of some guy just making a million hits or so and giving it out on the VH1 special, "The drug years" which is a great show btw for anyone thats interested! download it

amy, wow u contributed to the site. good job.(no sarcasm if it sounds like it). i think that acid is so popular and so widely available because when you make it, it doesn't sound like your making just 10 hits or so. i've heard if you know how to make it you do it once and get gallons. my friend showed me how to make 1 million hits it was extremely complex but the ingredients were easy to get.
