Maybe I should have posted this one in the drugs discussion? But, I guess it won't hurt being here.....Ok....So, this is kind of like a sequel to my other post motherfuck the police, but a different subject and a question I hope somebody on here can answer.......

Ok, so it was everyones first offense, I bailed everyone out, we all got court dates. And basically the question is, what will happen to us after court? Like, will we get probation? Time serve? Or just get a slap on the wrist? I googled this, but.....Y'know, a bunch of dumb fucks with mixed answers, i'm pretty sure the people here are a bit smarter when it comes to these subjects.

Ok..First me..I technically got arrested, but also let go before I went to booking, what I got was possession of cannabis....(Blunt Roach)....I'm confident nothing will happen to me.....

Next, my friend Richie.....He got possession of Cocaine, his record doesn't say how much he had, (I mean he had nothing, but they still gave him the fucking charge) so yeah, he got possession of cocaine and paraphenlia <~sp? So yeah, he's fuckin freaking out because he really doesnt want to go to jail

depends on your lawyers, how bad a mood the judge/prosecutor's in and how they normally deal with shit down there.
Around here, everyone's on probo, coke and weed guys get piss tested every week/month for up to a year, while the coke guy might spend the night in jail. Other than that, I still say the majority of the charges were bull shit, and the cops were bored and thought they hit a hr, but tried to cover their asses.

There all misdemeanors except for the cocaine charge. Correct me if I'm wrong but any amount of cocaine is considered a felony. I could be wrong but thats what I'm lead to believe.

yeah,thats the way ive heard it too man.except here in michigan as far as weed goes,anything over an ounce is considered distribution which in deed is a felony.they also passed new drug laws here in mi. so im not sure if hes talkin bout a 1/4 oz or 1/4 lb,so either way,the max he could do here in michigan would be 2 years for distibution and 93 days for minor possession.and the dude with the coke is fucked i believe....depending on the amount.

My buddy had a cut straw with just a trace with a trace of coke in it and had approximately 0.2 grams on him and got a felony drug possession charge. He got a plea bargain and all that shit and just has probation and shit now.
