You'll get mild analgesic effects, feel extremely drowsy, have birth defects if you do it regularly... Basically, you won't get high and your friend is a moron if she thinks she will., SO don't do it.

That being said, it is a mild opioid antagonist and could potentiate opiates quite noticably... But there are better pharms for that then Vistaril.
