You can buy it from Wal-Mart along with Whey Protein they both come in a powder mix you can put in water, milk, whatever. I use them when I body build and weight train for wrestling.

It pretty much just makes it so that the muscles don't scream at you when lifting or anything. (I went from 180 - 200 after starting creatine, within a few days, and I increased reps 3 - 7) I don't use it when conditioning for my heart. even though it may not do anything (I have no knowledge on that), I don't know if it could screw that up.

creatine works with enhancing your muscles because it helps your muscles repair quicker than usual it also increases blood flow but it makes u retain water. people that i have talked to that have taken them 4 an extended period of said there is no operant long term risk to taking creatine.....
