I am planing on growing mushrooms of my own and i don't know how many to take. I am a big man, 370 pounds. would this affect dosage ,this really is my question.

Five dry grams is a nice sorta dose.

it depends what shrooms your taking, but for most i would go with ghost,,i dont know too much about shrooms, i just eat however many my bro tells me to, and he is a shrroom expert, so idk about your size,,but that should do the trick..go to shroomery.com,,that site gives you just about everything you need to know about mushrooms

yea i don't know much, i just know 1/2 cut nice trip, 1 cut trip balls, and 2 cuts trip major balls. Just giving some input even if it doesn't help

the rule of thumb is if they are fresh - so not dried - multiply the dosage by 10.

so if they are fresh, 50g is a nice dose... somewhat strong... a moderate to low dose is 3/30g

but given your size ghost is right in saying you should do the 5 grams.
