i just ordered 25 of the cheap hbwr seeds off of shamanicextracts.com, the 25 for 9$,how do i tell how potent these are? and im home everyday alone from 6am to 3pm could i do these seeds and get done with the trip before my mom gets home?

if you go to a wal-mart you can buy em. but i dont really recommend morning glories just because of the amount you have to eat to get high. an with HBWR seeds you just eat like 5 your first time an you get fucked up pretty good. an with morning glories you have to eat like 200 of them shits to feel anything.

how would you remove the pesdiced if it is on the seds?

put 200 - 500 seeds in a jar with 50% warm water and 50% rubbing alcohol. shake for a SHORT period of time, filter out all the water then rinse off with water for awhile. make sure there COATED and not soaked, if there soaked(which they probably aren't unless its special ordered) then your shit out of luck.

so what just put them in the rubbing alcohol for like maybe a min of shaking then rinse them right after let them dry then pop um?

Dude you should just grow the plants cause they are really easy to grow. Before you know it you'll have more seeds than you know what to do with.
