I did salvia for the first time yesterday and it was the coolest thing i've ever experienced....
it doesn't last very long...
but i think it should stay legal....there are worse things in this world than salvia....
why dont they make datura plants (hells bells) illegal....they make you trip but they can kill you...but yet they are legal and they grow everywhere...

hell yeah its a fucking awsome plant and the reason they don't criminalize datura is cause not to many people use it more than one time cause they don't understand the effects of it and when they find out its a hallucinogen they don't know that it acually means you are seeing things you think are real like people and they are supprized and scared as hell and never try it more than once
