well I just failed my drug test today, came back posiitve for cocaine.

Its my own fault and theres no way to change the results but...

I had a few questions

I went through a job agency (kelly services) and i failed it through them.

I was wondering if:

1. If i go to another agency will this affect my chances even if i take a nother test and i know for a fact that i didnt take drugs for a year or soemthing?

2. Will it get out to other sources? (cops, etc)

3. Whats the other chance that another company will look at this?

they can not LEGAL share information between agencies. also, they are rather competitive so probably WOULDn't give it if they could.

it will not get out to other sources and you are not going to get arrested for having it in your system anyway. only reason you could get in trouble is if your already on probation.

you can go to another agency 5 min later and piss test clean and w00t you get job, cool?

No, I dont got a P.O., but yeah good lookin on that answer, really assured me that I aint gonna get fucked over some yay.

no not unless you go and tell them u took a drug test there and give them permission to access the results...... thats all sonfidential and has to have you approve hwo sees it.... if they jsut give it out you can sue them... =]

Because of something that happened Friday and Saturday that was extreeeee***y suspicious, so my parents thought it was drug related.

Which, it actually wasn't. I smoked weed like a week ago. But I understand why they gave it to me.

But it fucking bothers me because weed's the only drug i've ever touched.
