No, don't take it. It is just a beta-blocker and is used to help moderate blood pressure, it has no effect on the brain(as far as psychoactive effects) and if you take it in combination with drugs like amphetamines you could have serious problems.

Just because a bottle says dizzyness or drowsiness doesn't mean it can get you high, somethings like alergic reactions could cause dizzyness or drowsiness, but that doesnt mean you are getting high.

i head blood pressure medications do get you high. or produce some weird feeling cuz it thins out ur blood. or thickens it? i'm not sure all i know is it was going around my school.
