How to grow that kill bill

I need some ideas that would be good to grow some ganja... I live in a city are, got parents who be dig'n through my shit like 24/7 but I got alot of woods around my area there is a big ass park.

if someone could give me detailed instructions on where to grow it, what to use, what I need, how to make it some Kill Bill... if you can hit me back that would be gangster~
