methadone is jsut like oxy or heroin only without the euphoria and fun part of the high... its the same analgesic potency but dont really make u FEEL high... if uve never taken opiates before start with about 10mg... 20 or 30mg isnt gonna hurt u but is pretty likely to make u nauseated and prolly puke... youll have a lot more fun if you get oxy or dilaudid tho... if u get dilaudid start with about 2mg tho lol

get some cough syrup with lots of Dextromethorphan in it try to watch how much Acetaminophen is in it or other actice ingredients and look it up on google the o d ammount
