sounds like a lightbulb vaporizor is what ur lookin for and they can be made at home very simply. ok im not coppying and pasting this so try to bear with me on the spellin.

need:
1lightbulb
sissors
1tbls salt
a straw
electrical tape
1 water bottle

1. using sissors cut the black thing off the top of the light bulb so there is a small hole in in.
2. pour the salt in the lightbulb and swirle it around for about a minute or untill the white lining is gone from the bulb.
3.pour the salt and lining out so its now jsut a clear lighbulb.
4.cut the top of the water bottle off about a inch or below where the cap is, so it has the cap then about a inch of plastic on it.
5. using the sissors punch a hole in the cap of the bottle(wile removed from the bottel top), u want the straw to be able 2 fit in but snug so it wont move around.
6. tape the plastic edges of the bottel to the light bulb.
u should now have a vaporizor

the cap can twist of with the straw so u can put stuff in then just skrew the cap on and ur good 2 go.
