All they do is increase the lipid solubility, allowing it to cross the blood-brain barrier and hit you very fast. heroin is just faster-acting morphine. And morphine is one of the most popular surgical and medical painkillers on the planet.

The stuff released in your brain will never reach near heroin levels from jogging. I didnt say doing heroin once will kill you. I never said doing it once will get you addicted.
