ok my dad has a good Hydroponics lab in the basement next to my room and i been wanting to grow some marijuana... but my dads uses it for growing plants and flowers durring the winter... what would the best way to go about doing this? i have a phililie tube full f seed from all diffrent kinds of weed... but how should i start them? i took a wet paper towel and put it in a sandwich bag... with 2 seeds in there... should i transplant after the sprout?

or start in the soil.... or clone a plant to start there is many diffrent ways to grow i heard, but wat is the most quick and effective way... with being discrete about it?
