Nutmeg only works in a certain way, you cant just go buy a bottle of minced nutmeg at the grocery store and eat it, you have to buy a whole nutmeg and grind it up in an old grinder then put it in a mortar and pestle. oraly take about 10 to 15 grams and wait until you start tripping shit. If you dont start tripping shit then for gods sake DO NOT take anymore because it will put you're brain into shock and you will go into a coma for several days.
