I need a simple step by step guide for growing weed for the first time.
I have purchased about fifty dollars of regular weed from my dealer. He has sold me some good shit, and I mean good! I want to grow it. I have been searching forums, websites, and this forum taking notes here and there, unfortunately nobody has the facts that I want.

I'm going to grow the seeds from the bag I bought from the dealer in a container like a pot, I'll place the container in an aquarium with temperature control. I will be using a standard fluorescent light, and a spray bottle. I have three paludariums, two aquariums, and a few other nature setups with animals and/or plants. I am experienced with the indoor climate control shit.

Here is what I want to know,

1. I have the seeds in a tin can at the moment, how do I know if they're good? how do I know if they're female?

2. How do I germinate them?

3. What should I use for the container, what size should it be? (the pot I use to plant them in)

4. How do I grow? (Just throw in your knowledge in a step by step guide from when I get the seeds to when I am in the third week or so of growing.)

5. What type of soil should I use?

6. should I use fertilizer? (I've heard about cow shit... WTF?)

7. How and when do I water my plant?

8. How should the lighting be set up?

I've also heard about sterilizing the pot and such with alcohol... WTF?

Don't post links because I have probably already read the article, and I want to see what you guys/girls say to see if it matches what I've read.

I pretty sure the good seeds are the darker ones an you gotta make sure there not cracked an you should plant them at least 6 inches into the soil. an thats about i can remember off the top of my head. when i planted my shit i went to limewire an looked marijuana growing guide up an there was a whole 2 hour video about it. an when i used the directions it gave they actually worked an the plant started budding.

Okay, I said fuck it and built my setup.
It is in an old computer, hollowed out of drives and the motherboard and modified to have a hydroponics watering system. I have the original PC cooling fans (3 of them). The PSU is running the soft white and cool white fluorescent lighting and the fans. there are three pots ready to be filled with soil and my seeds.

I still need to know what soil and fertilizer to use.

im not sure what is best to use but when i did it i just used some regular fertilizer an i just didnt use a lot.

What about watering, how often and how much?
Also, harvesting time; how will I know when and how to?

well if your inside you gotta use a mister an do that i think 6-8 times a day.
normally i would start havesting on 4/20 cas i do it outside but inside you can do it whenever your all set up.

Why would you water it if you use a hydro kit?

My hydroponic watering system has an option where I can set the watering times at a day...

I just figure I'll set it to 1 every three days. I am setting lighting, watering, and temperature to simulate summer growing.
