Marijuana Lasagne

WHITE SAUCE (WELL GREEN ACTUALLY)
* 50 grams green butter
* 3 small cloves of garlic
* 3-4 cups of milk
* 1 cup of tasty cheese
In a saucepan melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic & gently fry on
medium heat. Mix in the flour, enough to absorb the butter & look like a
dough. Slowly add the milk whilst whisking. Once all the milk is added &
mixture is smooth add the cheese & cook a bit more on a low heat till it
thickens.
RED LAYER
* 1 can chopped tomatoes
* 1 red onion diced
* 1 tsp of thyme (fresh or dried)
* 50 grams of green butter
Fry the diced onion in the butter, add the thyme, salt & pepper then tin of
chopped tomatoes, simmer for 20 mins.
GOLD LAYER
* 500 grams of pumpkin
* Sprig of rosemary
* 50 grams green butter
* 1 tsp cumin
* ¼ tsp nutmeg
Remove the skin from the pumpkin, chop into chunks & boil until soft &
drain. Add chopped rosemary, salt & pepper & the butter. Mash.
GREEN LAYER
* 1 bunch of silverbeet chopped (or spinach)
* 1 cup of ground cannabis leaf
* 1 bunch of chopped parsley
* 50 grams green butter
* Salt & pepper
Cook the silverbeet, drain & add the rest of the ingredients, roughly mix
METHOD
lasagne layering
Begin with the pumpkin layer, then start the tomato layer. When pumpkin is
almost cooked, start the silverbeet layer.
Put on to boil a 375 gram packet of dried lasagne, then start the white sauce.
Keep stirring.
Get a good sized dish like a casserole dish, & butter up the sides &
bottom well.
Start with a layer of pasta (1/4 of the pasta)
Add all the silverbeet mix a layer of pasta then some white sauce
Add all the pumpkin mix a layer of pasta then more white sauce
Finally the tomato layer then the rest of the pasta & white sauce
Put sliced tomatoes & sprinkle grated cheese on top
Bake at 180 C for 30-40 mins
Serves 8-10
