Alright so I went and got a bottle of wal-tussin DM last night, chugged the whole thing around 10 PM, waited 45 minutes and didn't feel an effect other than severe nausea (it also had an active ingredient in it called gauifesinen or something and I think that made me nauseous) so I went to sleep...

I woke up around 3 AM and I'm still feeling the effects pretty seriously right now. It's been a hard day for me to act sober... I didn't think it would fuck me up for this long?

So... my question is why am I still so drunk feeling? Is it possible I did brain damage to myself? How long before I stop feeling this way?

I looked up that other ingredient and couldn't find anything that sounded like it could do any real damage, just said that side effects could be upset stomach and vomiting.

well dude other than u being a retard I would suggest u take some syrup of Ipecac just in case the other ingredient was acetaminophen which could cause heart failure (but if its ur probe dead already and my post wont help you) but if its guaifenesin ull just puke ur guts outs but if its codeine you'll just experience a almost like ur on vicodin but to much of this is can cause liver damage

If Ur going to buy/do dxm make sure what you're using only contains dxm

Some tussin id prefer are-

Robotussin cough
Vick’s cough
Robotussin cough capsules
And if ur really resourceful and you live in Canada get on contact cough caps or triple c (the real kind)

The other c.c.c is Coricidin Cough and Cold witch should never be taking to get high it contains cpm (chlorpheniramine Maleate) an anti-histamine which can kill you in high doses
