second of all even if he was retarded and called the cops, the cops wouldn't have enough probable cause just based on somebody saying that somebody else said they smoke

The doctor is going to call the cops if you have thc in your system. as for doctor patient privilege takes affect at 18. There a very few reasons for a doctor to divulge your info. the police have to get a warrent first.
